The Young Professionals Against Poverty attempt to offer a wide variety of opportunities for volunteerism at the Center for the Homeless, including but not limited to:- Brunch and dinner service
- Tutoring assistance
- Community Garden service
- Front desk staffing
- Children's activities assistance
- Event planning and staffing
While a main goal is to give everyone a chance to interact with the guests of the Center either in or around the CFH itself, YPAP also finds it valuable to offer other possibilities to serve with other young professionals outside the Center. If you would like to get involved, or if you have an idea as to how the Young Professionals Against Poverty can better serve the Center for the Homeless, please don't hesitate to contact us.
